I'm just sat outside on my lunch break at work enjoying the sunshine & reflecting.

I can't believe we're almost at the end of September, it seems like it was just yesterday that 2020 began, & yet the 9th month of the year is almost over.

Before you know it, we are in December celebrating Christmas and 2020 is no more & 2021 is around the corner.

I know this year has been uncertain and for some quite challenging, due to the lockdown and having to self isolate for a longer period of time.

I'd like to encourage you to reflect on the year so far and consider what can be achieved, as "2020 is not over or a write-off" as I've heard many people say.

Don't allow the year to end without maximising the opportunities available to you in this lockdown, as it would be such a shame to come to the end of the year with regrets for not fulfilling your dreams & goals.
