As next week is Mental Health Awareness week, thought I'd share one of the tips, to breaking the cycle of unwanted Mental Health difficulties.

Addressing Mental or Psychological difficulties, first requires you to RECOGNISE & ACCEPT the challenges you're facing with your THOUGHTS, instead of DISMISSING it or being in DENIAL.

I know there're some of you out there, with the view that "WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW CAN'T HURT YOU, & IF YOU DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO IT, THEN IT CAN'T GET WORSE & WILL DISAPPEAR". Please be wise, as this is FALSE thinking!
