Maintaining a healthy Mental Health & Psychological Well-being, requires you to have a positive a internal dialogue and sometimes the company of those with good and wise counsel.
Whilst relying on others for counsel can sometimes be a positive thing, always remember to remain true yourself and don't harm your Mental health, by trying to be someone else, as there is no-one else like you.
Moreover, as good as the intents of others maybe, it can sometimes be detrimental for your Mental Health and Psychological Well-being, if you allow the wrong voices into your life to rule and direct you!
Seek help with learning to gain mastery over your thoughts, so you can manage your thoughts at all times, as it's not every voice you're suppose to listen to!
