For a longtime I was very focused on just being serious & always felt too busy to relax...
Thus trust me when I say it's good to do so, as it's good for your Mental & Psychological Well-being.
While on my way to the shop, I just decided to stop by the park for some fresh air & relax, so ended up swinging on the tree as you can see.
